Common Management System (CMS) AKA OASIS

The Common Management System (CMS) also known as OASIS is an Oracle PeopleSoft-based student and human resources information system. In 2008, CMS replaced the Banner student information system at CSUMB. The California State University standardized its 23-campus system and the Chancellor’s Office on CMS in 2012.
