Business Rules

Values are campus defined.  For a given section which contains multiple CS number segments, the second segment must have a numerically higher Line Sequence Number (LSN) than the first, the third segment must  have a higher LSN than that of the second, etc.  The campus should use a consistent incremental  method when assigning individual section  LSN values, e.g., 05 for the first CS segment/transaction, 10 for the second, 15 for the third, etc.
