Local Area Status identifies if a applicant's last school attended is located with the campus' local admissions area.

Business Rules
A Local Area Status of "1" identifies that the last school attended is located within the campus' local admission area.
A Local Area Status of "0" identifies that the last school attended is not located within the campus' local admission area.
