Business Rules
Snapshot Notes are used in two different ways in the Data Warehouse:
- ERSS History Load (non-census daily snapshots from legacy Data Warehouse system used between 2012-2015)
- To identify important dates in the registration cycle. This annotation begins with data in 2019 onward.
