Academic Organization
Academic Organization defines how CSUMB is organized from an administrative perspective. At the lowest level, an Academic Organization can be compared to an academic department. At the highest level, an Academic Organization may represent a school or division. Academic Organizations are found within academic groups (colleges). Academic Organizations host courses organized around different subjects.

Examples
For example, the "College of Science" academic group includes the Academic Organizations of "Math," "School of Computing and Design," and "The School of Natural Sciences".
