CA Legal Gender

CA Legal Gender reports a person's legal gender status in the state of California as reported on the application or self-service and is typically categorized as female, male, nonbinary, or unknown.

These data are collected in accordance with Gender Recognition Act (CA SB 179, 2017)[1].
