Latitude of a campus building is a measurement of the angular distance the building's location north of the equator expressed in decimal degrees.

A building's latitude combined with longitude enables geovisualization of the building's location on map visualizations of our campus data.
Business Rules
Only buildings on the main campus of Cal State Monterey Bay have latitude and longitude populated. Other locations will not appear on map geovisualizations in Campus Data Warehouse.
