"A code that indicates the period for which a report is being made. Refer to COSAR Table 11 for the current and complete listing of the valid Term Codes. 1 = Winter Quarter or Term; 2 = Spring Semester, Quarter, or Term; 3 = Summer Semester, Quarter or Term; 4 = Fall Semester, Quarter, or Term; 9 = All Terms."[1]
