On the Cost of Instruction Dashboard, Total Enrollment Total is the count of all students enrolled in a particular course or class section summed by grouping options (e.g. Academic Group, Academic Organization, Course Level, or Instructor Job Type Description).

Total Enrollment may be used on the Grades Dashboard to filter a set of courses returned in an analysis by a certain enrollment threshold (e.g. limit results to courses with a Total Enrollment that is greater to or equal to 50). Total Enrollment may not equal the students graded in a course as some grade codes are excluded from students graded (e.g. audits, incompletes, etc.)
