Additional Underrepresented Minority Graduates Needed to Close URM Equity Gap is used in the Graduation Initiative 2025 dashboard to refer to the number of additional URM students that needed to graduate from the cohort to meet the CSU Chancellor's Office Graduation Initiative 2025 goal that there will be 0% difference in the 6-year graduation rates of URM and Non-URM first-time, full-time freshmen (FTFTF).
