Underrepresented Minority (URM) vs. Non-URM Equity Gap, as used in CSUMB's Graduation Initiative 2025 dashboard, refers to the difference between the 6-year graduation rates for URM first-time, full-time freshmen (FTFTF) and non-URM FTFTF (all FTFTF students not defined as URM).
