Completions are recorded when students meet the requirements of their degree or certificate program. Unlike degrees reported in the CSU Chancellor's Office degrees census, Completions are not frozen to the degrees census snapshots dates and may fluctuate slightly from census-reported numbers as data changes in the source system; thus, Completions are designated as (non-census).
