Definition Source
"Unit loads were calculated by summing Term Units Attempted (pre-collegiate + lower division + upper division). In any given term, a until load below 12 placed students in the "part-time" category, unit loads of 12 to 14 per term, placed students in the "full-time" category, and unit loads of 15 or higher placed students in the "full-load" category. Total counts of undergraduate students in each category were divided by the total number of undergraduate students to determine the percent of students in any given term who were in each of these three categories."[1]
