Student / Faculty Ratio is the number of full time equivalent (FTE) students divided by the number of FTE instructional faculty as of a term's census date.
On the Academic Planning Database (APDB) dashboard, Student / Faculty Ratio includes only state-supported courses in this calculation.

A student-faculty ratio is the number of full-time equivalent students divided by the number of full-time equivalent instructional faculty as of a term’s census date. Only state-supported courses are considered in this calculation."[1]
